This Refund Policy covers the terms in which a refund may be issued for items purchased through our website brightpantryhub.click or in-person at our location: Venice, Italy, Piazza San Marco 1501, 30124.
Refund Conditions
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- If your meal did not meet your expectations due to quality issues, we may offer a full or partial refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order’s delivery or pickup time.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Certain goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., beverages).

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
