'Crust & Craze Pizzeria' started with a vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Venice. The Bianchi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-run business carrying time-honored recipes through the ages.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneering founder, mastered the pizza craft on her Italian tours, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. She returned to the UK, set on reproducing that singular Italian pizza allure, adhering to classic techniques and selecting only the best ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat establishment has expanded into a cherished neighborhood staple. Nonetheless, our pledge to prime quality and genuine practices remains intact. We continue embracing ancestral wood-fired oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and acquiring top-notch ingredients.
To this day, 'Crust & Craze Pizzeria is still kept within the family, with the Bianchi legacy pushing forward with a team that's imbued with fervor. While we have adopted some new refinements, the core of our mission endures: piecing together sumptuous, authentic pizza that unites folks around.
